L’arte può guarire, può aiutare ad elaborare le emozioni e i sentimenti. Abbiamo scritto e registrato la canzone War Within nel 2017. Quando cantiamo ‘war within is war outside’ (la guerra dentro è la guerra fuori) vogliamo dire che abbiamo la responsabilità e il potere di fare qualcosa, perché i mostri non vivono sotto il letto ma dentro di noi. War Within tratta della ricerca di un equilibrio tra due necessità: ritornare alla vita di ogni giorno dopo che qualcosa di grave è successo e, allo stesso tempo, prendere atto dell’esperienza, attraversare un cambiamento, una metamorfosi. Vogliamo qui condividere la canzone con voi, se ancora non l’avete ascoltata e letta.
